With her vast experience as a social worker for a Local authority and a teacher, Lucy is the Registered Manager for the service.

As a senior Operation Theatre Practitioner, Gladys come from a strong clinical background and will act as the Responsible individual.

Idayi has a strong focus on providing complex care and support in different health and social care settings including mental health.

Tonderai Mzila

As an experienced engineer with the NHS trust, Tonderai will ensure organisational and operational efficiency.

The company was established with a shared passion for empowering vulnerable young people during a critical life transition. The founders bring a wealth of expertise from diverse sectors, including social work, mental health, and healthcare, ensuring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to supported living.

We aim to provide 16+ supported living accommodations that serve as a "home away from home," enabling young people to develop the skills and resilience needed for independent adulthood. Our services are designed to assist Local Authorities in meeting their obligations to ‘Looked After’ children and young people facing challenging circumstances.
